i'm trying to get into writing shorter form posts more often, instead of saving everything up and writing nearly a novel once a month.
fair warning, this one's gonna be heavy. there's some thoughts about my family that i want to get out, by sharing a couple of songs that remind me of my mother and my relationship with her. i won't go into graphic details, but if mentions of neglect and/or abuse, and death of family members is not something you wanna read about on my mostly shallow fun hobby blog, i totally understand. i'll have a more fun entry out in a few days.
